Manage Enrollment with MyDestiny

For each class, you can view currently enrolled students and teachers. Make any adjustments, if needed.

Important: If your MyDestiny account is integrated with an LMS, such as Google Classroom, Canvas, or Schoology, you must manage enrollment through your LMS.

View and update student enrollment

To view and update student enrollment:

  1. On the side-bar, under MY CLASSES, select a class.
  2. Click the ENROLLMENT tab.
  3. To add or delete students, click Enroll Students. A pop-up lists available students.

    Notes: 

    • You can search for student names, or sort by first or last name.
    • To add a student who does not appear on the list, contact your MyDestiny administrator.
  4. Select or deselect the desired students.

    Note: When you remove students from a class, a pop-up warns that this action cannot be undone. Click Remove Students from Class to proceed.

  5. Click Save Enrollment.

To view and update teacher enrollment:

Note: If you team teach or job share, you can enroll additional teachers in your class. To collaborate on lessons without sharing a class, see Share Lessons and Units.

  1. On the side-bar, under MY CLASSES, select a class.
  2. Click the ENROLLMENT tab.
  3. To add or delete teachers, click Enroll Teachers. A pop-up lists available teachers.

    Notes: 

    • You can search for teacher names, or sort by first or last name.
    • To add a teacher who does not appear on the list, contact your MyDestiny administrator.
  4. Select or deselect the desired teachers.

    Note: When you remove teachers from a class, a pop-up warns that this action cannot be undone. Click Remove Teachers from Class to proceed.

  5. Click Save Enrollment.
